The seat has an integrated cup-holder, doubling as a mounting base for armrests and a table (optional, available end of 2008). The seat is shaped so that it prevents the pelvis from moving forwards, which often is a problem for spastic children. The top of the seat prevents the thighs from being squeezed underneath a table when adjusting the height of the chair. The textiles are durable and machine washable. The saddle seat is detachable, and another seat can easily be fitted on the same undercarriage. The detached saddle seat can also be used separately together with a micro-undercarriage (optional, available end of 2008).
